This service includes: -Weekly meetings to discuss progress of event -Travel Arrangements for couple and all guests at the destination hotel or resort -Contact with destination and domestic vendors (caterers, florists, graphic designers, decorators, bakers, entertainment, etc.) for events -Assistance with event vision design -Full Day of Coordination (consultant will arrive to destination location 1-2 days before event to ensure logistics are in place) -24/7 Emergency Contact *Cost of travel and lodging is not included*
